Fallout 3 Killable Children mod released

If you’ve been playing recently released Fallout 3, you might already know that children in the game cannot be killed. According to game developers the reason why they didn’t include the ability to kill kids is that they didn’t want to ‘cross that line’. Anyway as we previously mentioned, Fallout 3 has a strong modding community and they’ve developed a mod that allows players to kill children in Fallout 3.

This mod is titled Killable Children v1.2. Quoted below is part of the developer’s description of the mod:

This mod enables you to kill any or all of the children in Fallout 3. Keep in mind that due to the fact that you aren't normally supposed to be able to kill children there are some graphical glitches when you kill them. See the screenshots included with the file for more information. As a by-product of what this mod does it also allows you to play a child. For further instructions on how to do this please scroll down.

I tried it out and actually it does work pretty well (I mean the mod, not that I like to kill kids lol). If you want to see how it works before you try it, check out this YouTube video (features a guy with a plasma rifle blasting the crap out of kids).

Download

You can download this mod free of charge from Fallout 3 Nexus (and awaken the kid killer inside you). But if you are not already a member, you need to register first. Then you have to log in and change your member preferences to ‘Allow me to see adult content’ and then only will the mod become visible.

    Dan,
Did you actually refrain from playing the game because you couldn't kill children? :D

More like he refrained from playing it until more of the shit Bethesda covered the Fallout franchise in was brushed off.

Big surprise, it seems that Bethesda had the video removed on copyright claim.
