Bittorrents.ro is a Romania based private tracker which tracks general content such as Appz, Games, Movies and Music. Although the tracker has Romanian origins, 99% of the content it tracks is English. BiTT indexes both scene and non scene releases. It has been around for a while and they've implemented some cool features into the site as time progressed. There are over 12000 torrents indexed on this tracker and it has excellent speeds and average pre times.

BiTT recently implemented a new section called 'Vault and Free Torrents'. This is where it indexes most of their packs and low seeded torrents. Vault section is on free leech forever (Download stats not counted in your global ratio - only upload is recorded):

Free Torrents

The VAULT torrents will be automatically transformed from normal torrents into FREE torrents if they meet certain demands.
This means that once every 30 minutes a script will check all the torrents in the List Vault & Free Torrents tab and transform automatically the torrents that have LESS than 15 seeders into FREE torrents

It's actually a clever way for extending the lifetime of torrents that are not well seeded.

Speaking of packs. BiTT has over 100 packs, some of them as huge as 137GB. One thing I've noted about them is that they are not all unique; they index unique packs from other sites alongside their own. For example, I've seen packs from ScT (SceneTorrents), TL (TorrentLeech, TvT (Tv.Torrents.Ro), BitMeT and more. This is one way users who don't have access to aforementioned trackers may access their unique content. But indexing packs from other sites is often frowned upon in BT community.

Another cool feature of BiTT is the daily free leech period:

Free Leech Hours

Daily, between 00:00 and 07:00 (server time) we will enable the free leech option for all the torrents. This means that ONLY the amount you upload (seed) will register on the website and you can use this opportunity to increase your ratio. Free Leech will be active ONLY when you'll see the nice green "Free Leech Enabled" announce on our browse page.

This will undoubtedly be good news for users with slow upload speeds and those who like ratio building/buffering.

BiTT is currently open for new members so you may get in for free.

    @ LST,
Again Same kind of question.(Last time , your answer was the best, Now I'm using that soft.)

There are many download-(Upload) accelerate softwares. Even they can accelerate the speed of TV streams. But some programmes coming with spams.

What's your suggestion (Free) software to accelerate download speed. I'm using FileZila to Upload and "SpeedBit" to download. Are these soft. good ?

    priyantha,
Are you talking about bittorrent download accelerators?
To be frank i don't believe in them and most of these are scams/spyware. Use a private tracker and your speeds should rocket upwards.

DAP by Speedbit (the one you use) is also a good choice.
As far as i know FileZilla is an FTP client. It's optimal use would be to download from FTP servers.

As for all in one download accelerators, I've been using Free Download Manager for years. Since i don't download torrents or upload from it, i use the lite version. The full version has more features such as FTP support and upload manager. It can even download from RapidShare:
(visit http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/ and see tutorials at end of page)

For complete list of features of FDM look here:
    http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/features.htm

Although FDM does support bittorrent i suggest you use a dedicated BT client such as uTorrent or Vuze (Azureuz) to download torrents.
