I'm still using Nero 6, lol. Have the new versions become full of bloat & unnecessary features?

    Dan,
I also still use Nero 6.6 Reloaded version on one of my machines. Newer versions have become bulkier with each release. You need around 1GB HDD space to install them and there is crapware such as Nero Scout (which can be disabled) installed by default.

There are however improvements to Nero Showtime, NeroVision etc.

Thanks for the reply. When I saw the file size of 382MB for 9.2.6.0 vs. 32MB 6.6.0.12 it made me think they were cramming a bunch of extra BS with the newer releases. 1GB of HDD space to burn CDs/DVDs seems ridiculous.
