SyncTheBits (StB) Now On Gazelle – Signups Open

A long awaited change has finally happened over at SyncTheBits (StB), a leading private torrent tracker for mobile, smartphone content. StB has gone through a complete site overhaul and staff have now launched the next major revision of the tracker. This new milestone (dubbed StB v2) introduces many new features, add-ons and enhancements including advanced search, a new bonus system, streamlined user interface, a more organized torrent index, faster navigation and many other smaller tweaks. StB now runs on a customized version of Gazelle source making it the first specialized mobile tracker to utilize this popular codebase. In celebration of StB v2 public launch, signups have been opened on this otherwise invite-only private community.

Good news about the Gazelle migration is that StB staff have managed to do it without any data loss. All the torrents are in tact and the tracker is functioning as it should. At the time of writing StB had 2400+ active users and ~4000 torrents in its index, making it probably the largest specialized mobile tracker in existence. Another new feature introduced with the launch of StB v2 is the ‘Store’. Through the store you are able to purchase invites & upload credit in exchange for bonus points (earned by seeding torrents), gift your points to friends and convert excess invites back to bonus points. You can even gamble away your credits by playing Blackjack solo or against other players.
