well its like this. Private trackers open registration for a very short time. Usually measured in hours. Most likely you were too late to get to the site and it closed registrations meanwhile. Only solution is to wait till the tracker reopens or to get hold of someone with an invite (if invites are open that is).
And sorry we do not have invites.
