ADM or Alien Download Manager is a new download manager that supports several one click hosting services including Hotfile, Netload, Rapidshare, Storage.to, Depositfiles and Megaupload. It’s a lightweight tool that does not even require installing – all you need to do is to extract the zip archive and run adm.exe. This means you can even carry it around it your USB flash drive. Currently the software is at version 0.1 – which looks like the first public build. There aren’t many extra features built into ADM other than the basics just yet but IMHO this is a software worth checking out.
So far I only used this app to download a file from RapidShare and it worked quite well. It detected the wait times on a free account and automatically started the download after the specified time. Currently only 6 one click hosting services are supported but this should soon expand in the next few releases, according to the developer.

why rapidshare auto-downloaders like this are always stored on rapidshare?
I use JDownloader which does the same but does alot more sites and also has auto extracting RAR options which is nice.
^lol, yeah it's silly; like downloading Winrar when the file has been rar'd. Although in this case the RS file is super tiny.
Can you have more than five simultaneous Rapidshare downloads going?
I havn't tried ADM but I can confirm what Sam used. JDownloader manages a lot more sites and seem to update whenever a service changes their system or security. It also has it's own anti-captcha to help free users. But it's not lightweight.
This is a fantastic website and I can not recommend you guys enough. Full of useful resource and great layout very easy on the eyes. Please do keep up this great work... Best Sports Cars
