Here is another one of my favorite games from several years back. I remember playing this game on a Nvidia TNT2 (which back then was a pwnage graphics card) and man it was fun. The graphics of course will look dated coz it's nearly 7 years since the game's release but believe me the gameplay is superb. If you are an FPS lover and missed this game, here is your chance to have a go. Since this game has insanely low system requirements by today's standards, even older computer should be able to play it quite smoothly.

 

Clive Barker's Undying is a horror-themed first-person shooter computer game based on the Unreal Tournament game engine. It was developed by DreamWorks Interactive, and released in 2001 by Electronic Arts. Noted horror author Clive Barker was consulted in shaping the game's plot and background story and also provided the voice of Ambrose, a character in the game. Undying follows the adventures of 1920s Irish paranormal adventurer Patrick Galloway as he investigates the mysterious occult happenings at the estate of his friend Jeremiah Covenant.

Here is some good news for your. Torrent-Damage, a well respected private tracker has been accepting new users in the last few days (without invites). TD has nearly 40000 users and over 21000 torrents indexed, in addition to the decent pre times.

The reason why we say they have 'occasionally' opened signups is that you may have to try several times to get in since they have not increased the user limit (40000). FireFox 3 Download Day!

DirectX 10 is one of the main reasons why people switch over to Windows Vista since its exclusivity for that operating system. For a long time, various individuals have been trying to create a functional DirectX 10 version for Windows XP but these attempts were discouraged by the high number of bugs, glitches and freezes encountered in the ported versions.

However, a Russian web site seems to be indexing a working and a stable version of DirectX 10 for Windows XP. What's more, they are even releasing patches for any bugs found. User comments for this ported version are largely positive.

However, not all games support DX10. Some of the older (and some recent) titles still require DX9 to run. Vista automatically manages the DX10 and DX9 switching as per game requirements. But since DX10 was never intended for Windows XP, the OS lacks this functionality. The Russian guys have come up with a solution for this as well. They call it the KM-Software DirectX Changer 1.0.

KM-Software DirectX Changer 1.0 is supposed to change the DirectX versions utilized by Windows XP on the fly. This would solve the aforementioned switching problems in Windows XP.

As you may already know, most of the pirated content on the Internet originate from the scene. When a scene group releases something (let it be a movie, game or an app) the release is usually announced to other members of the scene through IRC announce bots (Pre channels). It is a well known fact that it is not easy to have access to a pre channel. So how do we know which stuff is released by the scene?

Ntorrents signups open : For all Nintendo stuff

If you were wondering why we did not post this when it was released by DETONATiON and RELOADED two days ago, well it was due to the bugs in the crack. RELOADED crack (which they claim DETONATiON stole) renders the galaxy map unusable after you get the spaceship and disables quick save feature in the game. There have been numerous so called fixes which turned out be be fakes. Finally, after 5 or so days into the release of the game, someone released a fix which removes the galaxy map problem as well as the save glitch. The crack is not a scene release but from an individual.
