Although we have featured them on this blog from time to time, it seems there are still folks out there who have missed out on these invaluable file sharing resources. It’s a pretty small community but TrM tracks some torrents which you cannot find even on leading TV trackers out there. How does it get hold of such content? IT has its own ‘cappers’ – folks who capture television shows from sources HDTV, DSTV, etc (best examples are releases by NewWorld and bjdw). Signups for this tracker are almost always closed but you can request for a free invite on the IRC channel. Torrents are tracked by public trackers, some of which external to MVGroup. The site indexes both internal releases (some released in partnership with TV release group EZTV) as well as user uploads. In case you were wondering about this size of this community, this is a huge forum with over 175000 active members at time of this post. Lots of activity, lots of new daily uploads and a must have for fans of documentaries.

    I really appreciate the content descriptions you post: So many trackers will not let you see what type of content they have until AFTER you signup - only to discover that they specialize in torrent material that you're not interested in.

    @Eivind: BitMe.org is a great tracker, but I beleive this was an article about trackers that are currently open for signup.
