A little town in the hills of Colorado will become the battleground between two of the deadliest extra-terrestrial lifeforms - the Alien and the Predator. When a Predator scout ship crash-lands in the hills outside the town, Alien facehuggers are released in the crash, and an even more evil creature - a hybrid Alien/Predator - is also released. A man & his son hunting in the forests near the crash site soon become the first victims of the facehuggers, and when a Predator receives data about the crash on his home planet, he comes to Earth. Aliens Vs Predator Requiem (R3)

Alvin and the Chipmunks is a 2007 family film about the life and return of the musical group Alvin and the Chipmunks (and in the animated series of the same name). It is directed by Tim Hill and produced by Bagdasarian Productions, New Regency Productions, and 20th Century Fox.

Face Smoother 1.26

We all know that Demonoid.com, considered by some as the best semi-private Bit torrent tracker ever, went offline few months back due to legal pressure. To this day, it's unknown if Demonoid will ever return. Demonoid admin 'Deimos' himself confirmed this uncertainty in SubDemon forums:

"Money is an issue, but the real problem at the moment is finding a suitable place to host the website. There has been no luck there. And there’s some personal stuff I need to take care of that takes most of my time at the moment, and that does not help.”

However there may be some good news for Demonoid members. World's largest torrent tracker The Pirate Bay has offered two of their servers to Demonoid. Pirate Bay admin Brokep confirmed this rumor in a recent interview:

“We tried to contact the guys behind Demonoid and we’ve set up a tracker for them but they haven’t responded. But, we have two servers running for them if they want to set it up.”

Apparently the two new servers are in Sweden, which is considered as a relatively safe heaven for peer to peer file sharing. If Deimos is able to solve his other problems we might (hopefully) see Demonoid back online soon.

Having said that, The Pirate Bay has had its share of legal issues. The police investigation after the infamous 2006 raid have come to a close and the prosecution has sent 4000 pages of legal paperwork to TPB admins. Admins are confident that TPB is not breaking any Swedish law. Even if they lose the court case, it's is highly unlikely that the site will shut down. After the raid, TPB admins took precautionary measures and added redundant servers in multiple countries to prevent any future downtime and disruptions of service. Over the years the number of servers has grown and the site has spread across many countries thus making a court order in a single country technically useless unless the admins themselves are jailed. This was confirmed by Brokep himself in a recent interview with Slyck.com;

Slyck.com: Let’s assume a worst case scenario for a moment. If The Pirate Bay loses the initial trial round, what does that mean to the end user?
TPB: Nothing. The Pirate Bay is not in Sweden any more. We don't know where ourselves, so it's gonna be hard to prove where the site is.

For the sake of file sharing community, let's hope Brokep is right.

Think your Internet service provider is “blocking, jamming, or degrading” your “ability to use particular applications, services,
or protocols?” The EFF (Electronic Frontier Foundation) wants to help via Wireshark, software it released in late November to help verify or discount such suspicions.

The EFF is also including documentation on how to use the packet-forgery tester. The release stems from EFF accusations that Comcast used packet-forgery techniques to purposely interfere with file sharers’ activities. The EFF says it ran separate tests in October with the Associated Press and others showing Comcast was forging packets “to interfere with its subscribers’ and other Internet users’ ability to use file-sharing applications, like BitTorrent and Gnutella.”

System Mechanic 7.5.3 Professional

3rd party update servers will work with most NOD32 versions. The patch will only work with 3.0.621 and above. DO NOT use the patch on any versions below 621. We strongly recommend you read our updated article regarding NOD32 AV with unlimited updates here.

Here is some good news for NOD32 users who are tired of getting their keys blacklisted. If you follow the method described below, you will no longer be needing a key to update your copy of NOD32 Antivirus 3.0 or ESET Smart Security (and this works with trial versions). The process does not involve cracking or doing any sort of modification to the core files of above mentioned programs.

How to set up NOD32 Antivirus 3.0 and configure a 3rd party update server:

1. Download NOD32 Antivirus 3.0 trial version from here.

2. Install the program with default update parameters. Once the install is done and reboot is completed, double click the tray icon to launch NOD32 control center.

3. By default, NOD32 interface will be switched to Standard mode. You will need to set this to advanced mode. Click on "Setup" in left hand panel and click on "Toggle advanced mode". Answer yes to the question.

4. Several new options will appear when advanced mode is toggled. Click on "Enter entire advanced setup tree" link. A new window will open.

5. From the left hand panel in new Window, Click on "Update". Click on the "Edit" button. A new window titled "Update servers list" will pop up. In the "Update servers" text field type http://eset.com.sapo.pt and press "add". Press ok once to close this window.

6. You will have the update setup window still open. In the "Update server" drop down box, select the server you entered in Step 5 (I.E- http://eset.com.sapo.pt). Delete everything in "username" and "password" text fields and press ok.

7. You should now be able to update NOD32 without issues. The server which you just entered does not validate usernames or passwords so there will be no fear of trial expirations or keys getting blacklisted.

What happens here is that you are downloading updates from an update server hosted by a 3rd party instead of ESET's servers which require authentication and a paid subscription. According to our experience this server is secure. If you have doubts, you can compare the 3rd party server content with that of ESET's official server's using NOD32View tool and see for yourself.

The process of configuring a 3rd party update sever to ESET Smart Security is similar to that of ESET NOD32 Antivirus (described above). 3rd party servers for ESET NOD32 Antivirus also works with ESET Smart Security.
