    skipper,
First of all sorry about the late reply.
You can easily make multi movie DVDs with Nero Vision.

    Download Nero From:
    http://filenetworks.blogspot.com/2007/07/nero-7-premium-reloaded-71010.html

Then launch NeroVision and go to create DVD.

Set the target size to DVD (bottom left corner) if not already set.

Add the movies you need (Drag and drop).

It'll warn about low space when you add about 2-3 movies. Ignore this for now. But we'd recommend you burn not more than 3 movies if you want to retain DVD quality (otherwise pixelisation will occur due to low bitrate).

Click on the More button on the bottom of window. Then click Video options.

Set Transcoding quality to "Custom" and tamper with the bitrate till your warning disappears. Increase bit rate a bit if you leave a lot of free space on DVD. You may need to try several times for optimal values.

Then press ok to video options window and press next. Customize the menus to your liking and burn(or save image to HDD).

If you are doing this for the first time, make sure you try this on a DVD-RW drive. If anything gets screwed up, you can save yourself a DVD.

Note that the downloaded files being DIvx/xvid rips, nero will re encode them to MPEG2 when you click burn. This process can take a hell lot of time.

Also make sure you have a lot of free hard disk space.

    Good luck.

    Correction:

"Set the target size to DVD (bottom left corner) if not already set."

    should be corrected as

"Set the target size to DVD (bottom RIGHT corner) if not already set.
